Shopping Process 購物流程
- 首次購物前,建議先登記成為Halto Major 會員。 (成為會員後,可在網站本閱相關訂購記錄、運單情況、會員收件地址)
成為會員後,請於購物前先登入帳戶,以便享受更便捷購物體驗。
下單後請依照我們提供的帳戶資料轉帳而加快訂單處理進度。(請於一星期內完成付款,否則訂單將會自動取消恕不另行通知)
完成付款後,請主動聯絡Halto Major客服並提供入數證明。如沒主動聯絡Halto Major客服,訂單將會被延誤處理。
- 確認訂單後,系統將發出電郵提供產品用法及運單編號。

- Once you have successfully registered, please log in to your account before shopping to have a better shopping experience on our website.
- Please complete the payment within a week according to the payment methods we provide, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically.
- After completing the payment, please contact Halto Major team and upload the deposit certificate to us. Otherwise, it will take longer to process your order.

- 本公司確認收款後,會於Online Team辦工時間內1-14工作天處理閣下之訂單。

待本公司處理好閣下的訂單後,客人將會收到由 Halto Major 發出的”更多運送詳細資料”郵件,此郵件會列明”運送狀態”以及”追蹤號碼”。如想了解更多運送詳情,歡迎按此到順豐網站查詢。
- 請注意,閣下收到追蹤號碼後,未必能即時查詢到運單狀態,請於1-2天後於順豐網站查閱。
- 抱歉我們暫時無法為閣下提供訂單的包裹重量。
- 本公司恕不負責順豐的送貨日期同時間,如需指定派送時間,請自行聯絡順豐。
- 順豐派送前通常會致電收件人,請多加注意電話來電。
- 如因任何原因錯過派送,請自行聯絡順豐安排再送件服務。
- 貨物出門前,我們必定確保完美狀態,但貨物如在運送過程被損壞,本公司恕不負責,建議致電順豐客戶服務熱線 (852) 2730 0273作出投訴。

- 所有國際與本地訂單均直接由本公司之香港總部發貨。
- 如果客人提交訂單時,沒有提供有效之聯絡電話號碼,訂單將會被直接取消及退款。
- 訂單一經處理後,本公司無法更改客人所提供的個人資料(包括地址)。

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Halto Major.
- Your order will be processed within 1-14 working days.
- If you haven’t received the emails within 1 hour, please ensure to check your spam or junk email folder.
- For more information about the delivery fee for SF Express, click here.
- For Hong Kong: Free shipping is available for purchases over HKD$800 | Below HKD$800, a shipping fee of HKD$30 will be charged.
- For Macau: Free shipping is available for purchases over HKD$1,000 | Below HKD$1,000, a shipping fee of HKD$50 will be charged.
- For Taiwan: Free shipping is available for purchases over HKD$1,300 | Below HKD$1,300, a shipping fee of HKD$80 will be charged.
Your order will be sent through SF Express, and you will receive an email from Halto Major containing the tracking number once your order has been dispatched. To track your order, please enter your tracking number here.
- The SF Express online tracking system may take up to 48 hours to update with the latest tracking information, please take note.
- Regarding the weight information, it will be subject to your order and shipment therefore we will not be able to provide more information for you at the moment.

Return And Exchange Policy 退換貨政策
網站訂單退換貨政策:
- 如非產品品質問題,我們不設退款服務或換貨服務。
- 客人如使用後未能符合個人喜好或未如預期理想效果,恕無法退回及退款。
- 請理解任何天然成份均有致敏風險,我們無法保證產品不含未知致敏源,敏感性膚質請先細閱網站全成份列表及進行局部皮膚測試。如有敏感情況請立即停用產品。
- 訂單一旦確認後,客人不可再隨意更改訂單。(如特別情況,請與客服聯絡)
- 訂單寄出後,你所支付的運費將不獲退回。
- 如寄出後客人要求換貨便需承擔退換貨的運送費用,而且我們不負責退換而導致的運送風險,因此先確認好產品才下單。
- 如果產品出現問題或收到錯誤貨物,請於收到貨品7天內,將閣下的訂單號碼,連同問題產品的圖片,聯絡我們電郵: info@haltomajor.com
,客服同事將會於辦公時間內盡快處理。假如客人收到錯誤貨品,我們將安排退換,一切運費將由我們承擔。十分抱歉為你帶來不便。 - 請注意,若客人若收到產品後並沒於指定時間反映產品問題並開封繼續使用,即代表客人已明確接受產品之狀況,我們將不會承擔任何已開封並有明顯使用痕跡的任何產品,請客人於使用前先檢查清楚,確認無誤後方行使用。
- 如若貨物於運送途中有任何損毀,客戶必須於收到包裹的24小時內通知客服及運輸方,並提供清晰照片作記錄及處理,逾時恕不受理。如於收件時外盒有明顯損壞及滲漏情況,請客人拒絕簽收貨件並退回予運輸商。
貨物於運送途中損毀之詳情:
本地訂單 – 請把問題產品之圖片於收件後24小時內聯絡CS同事及運輸公司,同事會於辦公時間內盡快處理,逾時恕不受理。
海外訂單 – 請於收件後24小時內聯絡CS同事及運輸公司,同事會於辦公時間內盡快處理。一般海外訂單若有產品損毀,並經CS同事確認損毀圖片後,產品相關費用將以積分退回或退到本地銀行帳戶。如果閣下希望本公司重新寄出產品,客人便需要承擔所涉及的所有費用及風險。
請注意,客戶需支付一切由當地政策產生的稅項及額外費用,請先細閱條款並確認相關條款後才下單。
如任何爭議,Halto Major 將保留最終決定權,條款及細則以中文版本爲最終訂案及標準。
Online Order Return and Exchange Policy:
- No refund and exchange policy, other than product quality issues.
- If the product does not meet customer’s personal preferences or the quality is not satisfactory after use, no return or refund will be accepted.
- Please understand that any natural ingredients will have the risk of sensitization. We cannot guarantee that the product does not contain unknown allergens. In case of any sensitivity please stop using the product immediately.
- Once the order has been confirmed, no changes can be made. (For special request, please contact our CS team)
- If the order has been shipped, all shipping charges will not be refunded.
- Please double confirm the product before placing the order. In terms of returning the product, we won’t take any responsibility which may be caused during the shipment.
- If you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email to our CS team : [email protected]
with your order no., picture of faulty item and the name of the product you were supposed to receive within 7 days of receiving your order.
-For local orders, If you have received a wrong item, please contact us via Email. We will arrange a new shipment as soon as possible. All the shipping charge will be waived if we made the mistake and we sincerely sorry for any inconvenience caused.
-For overseas orders, if there are problems with the products related to the quality issues, the item will be refunded in points.
- Please note that if the item you received was not faulty upon arrival and you choose to continue to use it anyway, this means that you have accepted your item in the condition in which it was received and we are no longer liable for the way in which you choose to use your item or any damage that is incurred then-after.
- If there is any damage to the product during shipment, customers have to contact our CS team and the courier for the damaged incidents and provide us the pictures for record within 24hours upon parcel arrival.
For local order – Please contact our CS with order no. and pictures of the damaged item for further arrangement.
For international order – Please contact our CS team and the courier with order no. pictures of the damaged item within 24hours upon parcel arrival . Once it is approved, the item will be refunded in points. Or if you want us to reship you the item, you shall be held responsible for additional express shipping and all related charges.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying all the local taxes or external charges for the shipments, please read the policy clearly before placing the order.
In case of any dispute, Halto Major reserves the right of final decision without objection.
